Time is a distinctively scarce resource, yet often, we don’t know how much time we’re using. Our sense of time is distorted by our emotions, energy level, suspense, and other factors in our experience.
To develop your skill in sensing time, write down the time, go do something, then when you’re done, estimate how much time has passed. Check the time and compare your estimate to the actual elapsed time.
