not so hungry

Sometimes when you think you are hungry, you are really just thirsty.
It takes time to rehydrate after exercise. You can’t do it all at once.
The “tip of the iceberg” is the part you pay attention to first because it is easily seen above the waterline. The center of mass of the iceberg is much lower and cannot be seen directly. Drinking water is important every day, not just when hot weather makes the need obvious.
After you complete a major goal, or one you had worried about, take time to check how you’re doing. Did you remember to pay the bills, feed the cats, write those thank-you notes? Is there food in the pantry? Do you need some time for relaxation, exercise, meditation, or rest? Do you need a glass of water right now?
