do what you do

An attitude of constant improvement can be a never-ending distraction. When you question your approach in every moment it creates hesitation and self-doubt, and this interferes with productivity and makes work feel more difficult than it is. Spend most of your work time simply doing what you know how to do and only a small fraction of your time, no more than 10 percent, looking for ways to do better work than you know how to do.
