You might need to have a quantity of something on hand, so look at the rate of movement. How much of something do you use in a day or a year? How long will it take until you use up what you have?

If you have decided to keep things that are obstacles to someone, look for ways to make the thing less of an obstacle. Consider whether the thing can be moved, made smaller, or minimized in some other way.
free to fix
When you approach a task without time pressure, it gives you the freedom to go off on tangents to solve other problems you discover in your work. You get more done even if a to-do list doesn’t show it.

If you are willing to do the things that seem almost too small to matter, that will lead quickly to the bigger things that you really want to do. But if you object to the work in front of you, complaining that it is too small to bother with, you will remain blocked from the big things in life.
